Temple of Serenity – Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Temple of Serenity, we honor both your time and ours. Every session is a sacred container prepared with intention, presence, and energetic alignment. To maintain clarity and respect for all clients, the following policies apply.

 

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule:

  • 24 hours’ notice is required.

  • Sessions canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be moved to a new time based on availability.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be non-refundable.

This ensures fairness and protects the integrity of our schedule.

2. No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled session and do not communicate with us:

  • The session is considered a no-show

  • No-shows are non-refundable

  • A new session must be booked at full price

This maintains accountability for the sacred space held for you.

3. Refund Policy

All session bookings, classes, and digital offerings are non-refundable, except in rare cases:

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Temple of Serenity must cancel and no reschedule is possible

  • A duplicate payment is accidentally made

  • A technical error prevents the session from occurring

Refunds are not offered based on:

  • Personal expectations

  • Perceived results or outcomes

  • Energetic or emotional responses

  • Change of heart after booking

Spiritual and intuitive work is experiential and cannot be guaranteed.

4. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to a session:

  • The session will still end at the scheduled time

  • No partial refunds or time extensions will be given

  • Please plan to arrive or log in a few minutes early

This respects everyone’s time and flow.

5. Temple-Initiated Cancellations

If we need to cancel or reschedule due to emergencies, energy misalignment, or unforeseen circumstances:

  • You will be offered the next available appointment

  • If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided

We honor transparency and care in all communication.

6. Group Classes, Events & Workshops

Unless stated otherwise:

  • Payments for group offerings are non-refundable

  • If you cannot attend, credit may be offered at our discretion

  • If Temple of Serenity cancels the event, you will receive either a full refund or a credit toward a future event

7. Digital Products & Downloads

All digital purchases — including PDFs, rituals, teachings, and recordings — are final sale due to their immediate delivery.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Digital offerings

  • Online courses

  • Pre-recorded programs
